Pricing questions
What's the catch with the foundation client offer?
There isn't one, but here's the honest reasoning: early on, published results are worth more to us than the extra $2,000. You get the identical build at a lower price; we get a case study, a review and an introduction. When the three places are filled the price returns to $5,950 and stays there.
Why do you publish prices when most agencies don't?
Because hiding them wastes everyone's time. If $2,950 is out of reach, you shouldn't have to sit through a discovery call to find that out, and we shouldn't spend an hour to learn it either. Published prices also keep us honest — we can't quote you more because your business looks like it can afford it.
Is GST added to these prices?
No. Rankforge is not currently registered for GST, so the price on this page is the total price you pay. If that changes because we cross the registration threshold, we'll say so here before it affects any quote you've been given.
What are the payment terms?
Website builds are 50 percent to book your build slot and 50 percent on launch. Retainers are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.
What isn't included?
Domain registration (about $20–$40 a year), hosting (about $10–$30 a month, in your name), stock photography if you need it, and professional photography or video, which we can arrange but don't do in-house. We'll tell you these numbers before you commit — they're small, but they shouldn't be a surprise.
Do you do payment plans?
For website builds, yes — we can split the balance over three months for established businesses. Ask when you enquire.
What if I need something that isn't on this page?
Ecommerce, membership sites, booking systems, integrations and migrations are all quoted individually because the scope varies enormously. Tell us what you need and you'll get a fixed number, not a range.
